Welcome to anol.in. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for requesting refunds for online and offline classes, workshops, and other events conducted by Shri Anol Chatterjee.

1. Online/Offline Music Classes

We are committed to providing the highest quality of musical education. However, if you are unable to continue, the following rules apply:

• Fee Structure: Admission or monthly tuition fees paid for music classes are generally non-refundable.
• Cancellations: If a student wishes to discontinue their classes, they must provide notice before the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for mid-month cancellations.

2. Rescheduling & Missed Classes

We understand that unavoidable circumstances may occur:

• If a class is cancelled by the instructor, it will be rescheduled or adjusted in the following month's fee.
• If a student misses a scheduled class without prior notice, no refund or compensatory class will be provided.

3. Workshops and Special Events

For special workshops or masterclasses:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund (minus transaction charges, if any).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

4. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, any purchase of pre-recorded courses, sheet music, or audio tracks is strictly non-refundable once the download or access link is delivered.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card company.
